Palliative Care Services
Cardinal Hospice provides palliative care using an entire team of professionals to guide the care of your loved ones. A managed care team will include physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses to handle clients’ medical care, along with social workers and chaplains to handle clients’ emotional care.
